Snes9x was my first emulator I used, just a few months after I got my first PC in late 1999. You could say I'm pretty new to all this :)

Yup, me too, I used to brag to my friends saying,"Haha, I can play gameboy games on my computer and you cant!" That was about (Edit: four) years ago. :plain:

Jnes, on a school computer during a free chorus period, someone had stuck it on there with mike tyson's punch out, man, good times, this was way before i started collecting full rom sets, which i have for most of the old systems, sega, snes, nes, gameboy, gameboy color, heck ive almost got a full n64 set now, man, good times indeed...I guess this was err, well, when i was in 9th grade, so 2 years ago, 2001, so I'm pretty new to the emulation scene, but the things you learn so fast...

My first emu experience was playing Lode Runner in a C64 emulator (don't remember which) on my 386 way back in 1995...

AlphaWolf

I prey, not pray.
I think the first one I played was ines (that was before nesticle came along, afterwards ines sucked, it was shareware anyways).

The first one I used was a Java based Spectrum emulator which I used on the College computers.. not sure what the name of it was though. I do remember it running insanely fast on a slow machine though.
