square seems to be laying emphasis on ensuring that all the female characters in ffx-2 show more skin!! hopefully the game will still be good!

Well, I couldn't really care less...or wait..that's not right. Because I do care. I care about Square releasing another crap title with the FF tag on it. I don't know about X-2, but X was almost a waste of money...I mean, sure it's entertaining at some level, but it doesn't even com close to the quality games Square used to make before their movie compartment took overhand. The FF games has a trend of the more movies the game has, the worse story and gameplay. But I don't think moives realy ruin the gameplay, but Squaresoft has to focus on other things. And is it me or have they sunk to a Tomb Raider low when they choose these girls clothing? I mean, shouldn't the game sell because its good, not because of gfx and such?

I started playing FF6 some days ago, and it's so good that I think I have never played such a good game...highly recommended. It just has a certain flow which I thinik FFX lacks...but I guess you all disagree with me, but I needed to vent a bit...

For all the people who have played the final fantasy series previously know what these games are capable of and Final Fantasy X does not disappoint the customer. In terms of gameplay this game dominates in terms of graphics and replayability. First time players of this game won't notice this, but the game was a little shorter than its predecessors. The storyline though makes up for this. As a person makes there way through this game the storyline becomes very intriguing and adddictive. Although I have said this game is short there is guarantee of at least 50 or more hours of gameplay not to mention if you get the urge to replay through this game again. All in all, do yourself a favor and get this game because you won't regret it.

u probably mean WITH all the subquests rite?? =50 hrs----70 hrs

only the story line=25 hrs----30 hrs

With this game you can either run through it in 16 hours or take well over 100 hours of gameplay to perfect your party and customize weapons and armor and fight harder enemies than the original end boss.

And this game have some mini game like: Blitzball ...

ding dong! I had a real problem choosing one for my favourite... the only reason zelda got in the spot is because it was one of the first games I played as a young child.

I'm not sure what ff6 had that made it so good... but it was... ff4-6 were really good games... I give them my seal of approval.

This has been my peave with Squaresofts latest releases, it's like the movie industry has taken them over and they put out glitz instead of story. FF10 is decent, but it's lacking in a number of areas. Instead of making the game more fully developed they've tossed the thing out to sell. To me it's like they've forgot why people liked there games or something. The FMVS complimented the story, not were the story. I prefer more exploration I guess :)

are you refering to the, this destination is fucking pointless to the story but you're going there anyway, otherwise what would be the point of us spending time and money on this 30 second segment of fmv, syndrome?
