totally rocks for me. i must admit though, that it doesn't play dr. mario still... :)

i'm just ecstatic that jabo is still coding.

we should start a paypal campaign to get him and rice together for a week. :) (airfare, etc.).

then all your base are belong to us.

shoot if those to work together they probably could get all games working with damn near perfect graphics (then again they would probably need help from zimlar or something)...... i don't think jabo is still coding though :-( wish he was cause i think with a little more time he could get the frame buffer emualtion thing working damn near perfect in anycase  :pj64:

OK, try the following in Conker's Bad Fur Day (U) [!]:

- Start a multiplayer session in the stage Colors
- Check all the cheat options
- Pick any character
- Insert 2 computer players besides you
- Play until you see one of 'em, and then go to the other one
- Over here, The ROM hangs now
- Try to reset, the ROM crashes.

Note: Windows XP Professional

I have had absoloutely no problems with the latest release of PJ64, and I love Jabos D3D6 1.5 (gotta love 8x ansiotropic filtering, and 4x antialiasing).

If people are having problems in a game that was previously supported perfectly by 1.4 version of the plugin (Conkers, Zelda etc), then it would be best to just revert back to that version - as with this version, you would have nothing to gain anyways (you can't beat perfection).

Zelda...

Well, bosit, i've got zelda: OoT 1.2 U ! and geforce 2 mx and detonators as well... i think its the newest version for W98...
The nayruu thingy still occures... :(
1.5 final gave soooooo much more speed, but unfortinaly the graphics is not bug-free... it kinda sUx, but waddahell..... :pj64:

i've noticed things that are now pretty are also a helluva lot slower, for example mario golf... im guessing its framebuffer work thats taking cpu time to look pretty, ah well, im happy! :D

Emulord:could be a cheats bug.Disable them one by one and test to found out which(or if) cheat could cause the problem
Sheik:use 21xx drivers which dont have either the naryu's love bug nor the tresure chest effect bug
Feedback for long pauses issue:
Bomberman Hero(U) ok
Castlevania (U) (V1.1) ok
Diddy Kong Racing (U) (V1.1) ok
Goldeneye(U) ok
Zelda 1 v1.0, 2(U) ok
Mace-The Dark Age (U) ok
Mario Kart 64 (U) : Yep i got some long pauses with this one but not very often(1-2 pauses per race)
Setting the game to protect memory solves the issue :)
Pokemon Stadium 1,2 (U): ok
Star Fox 64 (U): Getting some large pauses too(~10sec) and sometimes they cause the emu to lock up
Btw the sound is terrible at the 3rd level with jabo's sound plugin
Super Mario 64 (U): ok
Wave Race 64(U) (V1.0): ok

Ok,that's nice bosit:) Only one thing, just make sure that you try every game for a 10minutes or so at least cos in some games it doesn't happen immediately. But anyway, nice:)

Yea, I thought it was a cheat bug. But whatever I do in games like Banjo-Tooie & CBFD, the game always locks up in the end.

Ok just a confirmation until now for games with "pauses" that are caused by the 1.5 video plugin.
Mario Kart 64
Starfox 64 (also video freezes almost every time you play it)
Extreme G
Winback
Fighting Force 64
M.K. Mythologies - Sub-Zero
Zelda 2
Blast Corps
Also these games can freeze the emulator if you end emulation or reset it when such a pause occurs.
Only solution for now is to use Jabo's 1.4 video plugin for these games (except Winback)
I'll try to test for more but any help here will be greatly appreciated, heh.

batman beyond ROTJ - thanks for the steam!

Jabo et al: Thanks for the steam effects! They appear perfectly everywhere (afaik) including

-broken steam pipes
-lizardy guy spitting
-masks in asylum
-bottom of flying saucer robot things

Cool!

Yes Sheik, use any 21.xx driver and it should work ok
64ultramaniac:i can confirm mario kart,star fox(the freeze thing too),Zelda 2
Just found a gfx bug at Super Smash Bros: it happens randomly(?) and it makes thing grey like, levels and character too.It can go away in the middle of the game.Usually seen at the bonus stages(screenshot)and always at the character select screen

whaaaat?

compatibility mode for radeon user? what the hell did you say?
i got problem with pj 1.5 but it was only a matter of f...ing win xp, now EVERYTHING is perfect, Banjo Tooie in primis.

btw, Radeon 8500 is cheaper and better than Geforce 3, and the newly released radeon 9700 is the MONSTER that powered the e3 Doom 3 demo, giving to the overrated geforce 4 a run for their money.
