Ok, so I start up 1964 to play Super Mario 64. Everything works fine, except nothing I press does anything. No big deal, I just config the controls, click save, and voila, still no controls, and now my cursor just disappeared, and I can't click anything. Again, no big deal, I just exit out and restart 1964. But now, it takes FOREVER to start up, as in about a 2 minute wait. And when it does finally start up and I load my Mario 64 ROM, I get the Exception in Emulation Thread error. I tried starting my other roms (Zelda:OOT, Mario Kart), and I still get the Exception in Emulation Thread thing. I've tried restarting the computer, re-downloading my roms, and reinstalling 1964 to no avail. And since 1964 is just about the only good emulator I can use (project64 apparently doesn't run well on my vid card), getting another emu is basically not an option.
Here are my specs, btw:
ATI Rage 128 Ultra
Pentium 4 2.2 GHz
768mb Ram
Windows XP SP1
Help!
