Ethernal SPU plugin

Hi,
I have a few questions about the plugin

1) When I select the Audio devise to SDL and click ok
it displayes the following messeges:" SDL library (SDL.dll) not found

2) is there a guide or something that explain what option do?
like what is Wave mapper or thread Audio out method

Extracted from Eternal SPU Plugin Readme:

"[SDL] : Output sound using SDL (Simple DirectMedia Layer) Library.
For Windows version, you must install "SDL.dll" into
one of the following directories.
1. The directory in which the emulator is installed.
2. The system directory.
3. The directories listed in the PATH.
Similarly, it is required that "libSDL.so" is properly
installed for Linux version."

There is definitely a readme included with v1.4.1. The info here would be relevant to the 1.5 beta versions.
