When i start PJ64 with rice plugin
The emu said "can't find MSVDR.dll" what is this file?

I have format my HD today.

Rice's plugin uses the msvcr71.dll and msvcp71.dll libraries that come with the emulator 1964.
Project 64 comes with msvcr70.dll (used by its own plugins) but not with msvcr71.dll.

Just download 1964 and copy msvcr71.dll and msvcp71.dll to the Project 64 directory and Rice's plugin will work.
