Nvidias GeForce 5/6/7/8 line of cards or ATI Radeons from 96xx to X1xxx.

Also make sure that your video card drivers are up to date. I think Dolphin should report a D3DInit error just because the card doesn't support pixel shader 2.0.

Well that mean the Video card must have Shader 2.0 right?

N7100GS/TD GeForce PCX7100GS 128-512MB TC DVI-I TV-O 16xPCI-E will that maybe works too?

nyu sorry i don`t understand much from Video cards

A video card must support pixel shader 2.0 to show garphics correctly, as far as I know. Yes that card supports pixel shader 2.0.

Good work on sending him on the wrong path. I played dolphin on a GF4MX without problem , it's just ugly...

Momoko:
-Make sure you have the latest (newest) nvidia drivers for your video card
-No other 3D application is running.

Give this a try.

1) Open up netmeeting. (C:\Program Files\NetMeeting\conf.exe)
2) In the 'Tools' bar, go to 'Remote Desktop Sharing' and start the wizard; follow it until it gets to finished.
3) Go back to 'Tools' > 'Remote Desktop Sharing' and uncheck it, so it's disabled.

The reason for this is that netmeeting 'reserves' the directdraw function once desktop sharing is enabled. Disabling it will give it back to whoever needs it. I found the solution by realizing that it said 'disabled' in the DirectX Diagnostics [dxdiag], and then googling it.
