Error during configuration and stuck on booting

OK I thought I finally had enough knowledge to start playing on the delphin emu. Well apparently I don't. During configuration for the emu I got this error that said a dll was missing. I just wanted to get it over with so I just hit OK a hundered times. Then I finally got to the open GCM file screen. I found my GCM file and opened it. In the middle of the Dolphin screen it said "booting." I waited for a about 15 minutes just staring at my screen and it still said booting. What the hell did I do wrong?

Edit: Just redid configuration and I found out that the error appears during the plugins part of the configuration.

Searched the forum and found out that you guys may need my specs and game to help me out. I'm trying to play the NTSC version of Mario Smash Tennis. I have a Windows XP based PC with a Pentium 4 processor and a nVIDIA Geforce MX4 video card.

OK I just downloaded and copied the optional dlls into my dolphin folder and the game boots.

Then when it gets to the health and safety hazard thing it just freezes. Once again I'm trying to play Mario Smash Tennis NTSC.

OK OK. Once again I used the search feature and found the error that happens to me in this game happens to everybody.

Use Nintendo Game Cube CONSOLE for now because it is not dead yet.

like it was stated in the rule DONT make threads says x game doesnt work becuase the emulator isnt finshed and alot of game dont.
