Emulating .iso`s

Beware of the Sniper-Cat!
First of all:

Yes, i have used the search button.
No, I´ve never emulated NGC games yet.

So, here is my Question

I have here a simple .iso image file of the NGC game "Animal Crossing"- How do I emulate/play/run/whatever it? Do I have to mount it? Or to convert it? Would be glad if anyone told me.

@Mods: Feel free delete this if I´m asking already answered questions!

_Chrono_

aka Chrono Archangel
rename the extension to .gcm and itll be recognized by the emus.
a .gcm is basicly a .iso renamed.
no need to mount the file

Fine, I´m seeing this

Runtime Error!

Program [my .gcm destination ]

This Application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way [...]

I guess this is not the game -.-

-Edit-

btw: Other emulators won´t see the renamed fiel as .gcm, but as .gcm.iso
It seems like it´s not enough to simply rename the file

Try this, head into your Windows Folder options (Tools>Folder Options in any windows explorer window) and go to the "View" tab. There, uncheck the box that says "Hide extentions for known file types". Click OK, and you will see the extention for your image. The simply remove the ".iso" section and replace with ".gcm"
