Dreamemu 0.4.1.1 Reg problem

I'm using last Dreamemu version on win98.

here you can view my reg, coz the problem is that Dreamemu can't read the settings....
nobody know how to fix it ?

well, also with Linux + Wine I have the same error, but Dreamemu can run also under X
