I just burnt an image of Street Fighter III 3rd Strike and it didn’t work on my Dreamcast. I heard that if an image is self bootable it has 2 tracks. In fact there was 1 track and 1 data file, so I guess it already had the selfboot thing. So I tried to burn my image with Nero (because the file was .nrg) but after 5 mins everything was still at 0% so I stopped the burning process (witch wasted my CD) and then Nero crashed. I read somewhere that it was better to mount the image on a virtual drive and copy to a CD from that source. So I did that and the CD works fine on my PC but doesn’t boot on my Dreamcast. So I was wondering, using that method does my CD should be selfboot anyway? If I use a boot CD should it work fine? And witch one should I use? Probably Utopia but witch version: 1.1 1.2 or 1.3? Also can some burners be unable to make CDs bootable?
