Dont know how to load a savestate

While playing the legend of zelda, i press R+Y to get to the savestate option and it saved the game. Now im not sure how to load the game that i was playing. help please!!

Um...first of all, it says after you press R+Y, and second...you're using an out-dated version of NesterDC. Search for NesterDC SE and you'll be pleasently surprised by all of the updates...
