when i try to load it up it says it is in a permenant loop that cannot be exited, the rom will now close. why?

Use goodN64 to check if the rom is good...

Where do I get GoodN64 from?

What to to with it?
I downloadet it, unzipped it and after i klicked te GoodN64.exe, it said the required DLL-File ZLIB.DLL wasnt found.
Why?
