Dolwin plays a commercial game!

org has made an excellent progress on the Gamecuble emulator Dolwin, and now it can run Bust a Move 3000. Grab <a href="http://dolwin.emulation64.com/bampack.rar">the screenshots pack</a> and see for yourself :)
Big ups to oDD for the news tip ;)

UPDATE: Now it shows the intro of Luigi's Mansion as well! Check out the screenshots at the <a href="http://dolwin.emulation64.com">Dolwin website</a>.

Way to go. Boy those DXT1 textures are really a bear! If you are still having problems with them let me know.

update again, some games shows things :) such as Crazy Taxi , Harvest moon and pikmin : :happy:

EDIT: more of pikmin, messed up, SLOW, but a bit working :) (last 2 shots) NEW

wel actually most hombrew games work pretty well. if i have the time ill take some shots :)

Seems like I have luck with Sonic Games!

Just found that Sonic Adventure 2: Battle is running, only the intro part, error before title screen.

EDIT: I finally got pass the Start Screen on luigi mansion! got some errors but game continued a bit, jsut time to take a screenshot of dolwin displaying REAL 3D!!! A bit messed up but hey, it's dolwin and hey, it's 3d!!!! (last shot :p)

Amazing Progress!!

Excellent work org, Dolwin has been progressing well lately, several commercial games now showing something!! :happy:
So is Dolwin able to play intro movies? It looks like it does from the screens _Chrono_ posted of Dave Mirra BMX2, or are they just still images?
Once again excellent work, keep it up :)
