Dolphin freeze during boot

I just recently tried out the latest Dolphin software to try out MGS:TTS and while the program is booting it freezes and becomes inoperable and needs to be shut down through taskmanager.

Am I missing some plugins or something to make it run?

Computer specs: Windows XP Professional SP3, Intel Core2 Quad CPU Q8200 at 2,33GHz, 2.0GB RAM and ATI Radeon HD 4800 Series

Edit: I updated the software properly and made sure it's the latest version, now this game will boot but freeze and turn to 0 FPS just as the Konami logo is fully visable.
The lobby suggests that the Iso's are broken, should I check for other iso's or are there anyway to fix this?

No, I've gotten Twin Snakes to run. Quite well in fact, the main menu music is SICK. I haven't tried the latest SVN though…

Make sure you're trying an SVN version, and always remember that the most reliable source for ISO's is your own disks. Try different combinations of settings like Dual Core and Optimize Quantizers, and as always make sure your computer is good enough to RUN Dolphin to begin with. Looking at your specs, the only thing I'm not sure about is the video card, but even then it should at least boot…

Isn't build "R 3972" the latest for 32-bit? That's the one I have currently.

I downloaded the Beta for winxp32 and tried again. This time it ran for a second and froze during black screen, it emulated 43 fps first and then 20.38 before it froze.
I know it froze for when I removed my pointer from Start Emulation the box left a trace on the black background as white.
