Dolphin 1.2 and 1.3 Crashing

hi, my Dolphin keeps crashing i get an message

Direct 3D Divce creation failed

my specs are

Operating System: Windows XP Home Edition

Processor: AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 6400+, MMX, 3DNow (2 CPUs), ~3.2GHz
Memory: 2046MB RAM

DirectX Version: DirectX 10.0 (4.10.0000.3311)
and an NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GTS

can somewone help me?

i got severel times the blue screen of dead : /

Search the board, as there has been quite a few of these threads in the past, and I can't remember for the life of me what the solution was, if there was any.
