Direct3d device creation failed !!PLEASE HELP!!

I am also new in here. And I have the same problem of zerochaos...When I run the game Luigi's Mansion, an error occurs "Direct3D device creation failed" and then Dolphin crashes. My PC: Intel Pentium4...2,6Ghz...260MB ram....video card: S3 Prosavage DDR...with new drivers...and I installed 9.0c directx and the plugins.....I think that this problem is for my video card....

It is your video card, it's crap. :F

Your video card doesn't support Direct X 9.0B at all, best upgrade if you want to use Dolphin. Although, it will never [at this time] be 100%. No matter what your PC specs are.

Not to play, but to run them properly.

Any Radeon above 9200 is good, or any Geforce FX 5300+. The best you can find with Direct X 9.0B or 9.0C support.
