direct x problem

when i tried 2 run a game on chankast an error message says your display card is not direct x compatiable or ur desktop resolution is not 32 bit.
my resolution is 32 bit i checked and direct x 9.oc is installed on win xp chankast want direct x 9.ob which is old my direct x is latest but still saying my display card not compitable with direct x9

ok i did update my display card driver before my driver date was 2-4-2002 now
2-7-2002 i tried 2 run game on chankast still same error message any help???
