direct x 9 help

can somebody please help me. ever since installing directx 9 i can not get any of my emulators to run. i have downloaded and tried every graphics plugin i can find and they either give me no video or just give me errors. ive tried nemu, 1964 and pj64 and none of em will work. plz can someone help me out with some advice as ive just downloaded zelda and am itching to play it

download the newest drivers for you graphics card. Also try reinstalling the emulators.

Go to program files/directx/dxsetup and make sure there are no problems.

ive checked everything and its all ok. i finally got zelda to run on ultra hle but i still cant run anything on project 64 or 1964. jabos plugins tell me they cant find directx 8.0 which suggests they wont work on directx 9. all other plugins ive tried seem to give similar errors

It works fine for me and I have dx9. I don't know what your problem could be. Did you get the newest drivers for your videocard? Also what version of pj64 did you try?

i tried version 1.5 and version 1.4 . and i have the latest videocard drivers. i dont understand why it dont work either

Reinstall DirectX 9 from the Microsoft site (I recommend you download the bugfix 9.0b) I once had this problem when I upgraded to DX 9 for the first time.
