Lmao, at least videogames keep us off the street doing unnecessary things like vandalism or other crap. I do find it kinda funny though, you'd think they would open one in japan first.
There´s no medicine because there´s no physical dependence, theres´no way to control it because the dude can go out and get a fix on an arcade, a cell phone or even a DVD player.
