Right above where it says "View New Posts" and "View Today's Active Posts."

On the page that opens up, there's a menu that contains:
"My vB Home," "<b>Edit Profile</b>," "Edit Options," "Edit Password," "Edit Buddy List," "Edit Ignore List," "Private Messages," and "Edit Portfolio."
Did you see "Edit Profile" in that list?

On the page that comes up, there's a section called: Signature:
It contains a text area where you can write a new sig.
