The Warp Pipe Project is an open source project to bring LAN-based GameCube games online. It's absolutely free, and the developers just released a first "alpha" version. That means that it basically works, but it's still under development and the developers need your help testing it.

could this be real? if so there could finally be some incentive to buy a broadband adapter in not too far future.

Wow. If this is real, I and many others will be very pleased.

As much as I love nintendo, they deserve this. Bringing only one online game (PSO Ep 1&2) while many others were potentially online worthy (MK DD!!, Ea Sports series), was a stupid choice. Whoever is developing this.. Good work, keep it up. :arabia:

Never tried it myself but it has been in development for xbox in quite a while so it should be real, and yes a bba should def be on santa's to bring list...
