Create Note???

I am getting a must create note message when i try to load a rom. It says "no 'game title' note found " "Create 'game title' note". Please write back and tell what i'm doing wrong.

I am using the project64 v 1.5. Why, should i switch to another?

Sounds like a prompt to create a mempak note. Is it an in-game message or a pop-up error box? Which input plugin are you using?
