This crash I noticed with the newest version, this is verified by Gent and Karth.
Version number: 2003-10-24
Reproduing the problem:
Enable Schibos audio
Go to config audio
Dialog box will come up:
Audio plugin cannot be configured (to be expected no audio options to fiddle with), and a a retry/cancel button.
Clicking retry will exit the Audio config fine, clicking cancel however (the most logical option IMO) will cause the emulator to being unresponsive.
Severity = Annoying
