Counter Factor 1 fixes some games

I have tried these two games, with counter factor set to 1, on project64 (should work with 1964 also, and regardless of the video plugin).

- Zelda OoT and Master Quest: No more delay in the pause menu.
- Paper Mario: No more flickering!

To change Counter Factor on project64: right clic on any game/rom, and select edit game settings. there you'll find the counter factor option for that game.

The only downside is that you may notice a slow down in speed depending on your system specs. Try it, and if the game becomes slow, set it back to 2.

Counter factor lets you increase the core speed of the emu, so games run faster. So if a games turns slow, increasing the counter factor may even things up. But that causes some glitches, as the ones in zelda and paper mario. Maybe other games with problems may get fixed by decreasing counter factor to 1.

I happen to notice this myself, that Counter factor one is usually the fastest if your game moves too slow.

I'll try other games when I can. Maybe I can release a updated rdb file (projetc64), to change rom settings to some that work better.

But i have a few games only, so if anyone can send some games that get better with cf1 then tell me, to add them to the database.

If things go well, i may post an updated file soon.

Here is a screenshot of how the menu looks. Edit game settings should be right there, where the mouse cursor points.
