Control settings recommendations please

basically i have is a keyboard and mouse and i need to config it for analog control.

whats the best settings for Zelda OOT ?

1. Use the latest N-Rage Input plugin.
2. In the analogue section, press up etc.
3. When it say awaiting input, move your mouse in that direction.
4. You can use the mouse to move.

hmm ive tried that before but it can be quite frustrating trying to centre the mouse.

can i not assign a button which auto centres the mouse/joystick ?

'Fraid not.
The best settings are almost always the default. Unless you try another plugin. You'll have to experiment with those ones.

To my knowedge, only N-Rage's plugin supports the mouse, so you'll just have to be careful. Hmm, just had an idea...

I've configured the mouse to the N-rage plugin in the following file. Just load this file up. Change the other buttons though as they are configured to joypad. I think this might work.

thanks for that, but its still pretty damn hard to use, gave me hand cramps trying to stop Link from running around like a psycho.

oh well looks like i have to invest in an analogue joypad.
