i`m new to this scene, as in 4 days

i`m using version 1.5 with default settings on all my roms, they all seem to work pretty good except conker`s bad fur day, it gets to the first screen " for adult audiences only" (something like that) and just sits there indefinitely with the fps fluctuating around 200fps.
system spec:
p4 2gb northwood
abit bd7-11
256mb ddr
radeon 32mb ve (cheapest one )
other games which i`ve got that run well are diddy kong racing, donkey kong 64, mario 64, banjo kazooie + some others.
any suggestions why conker`s bfd isn`t working plz.
one other thing, i`ve ran my roms through goodn64 and they are all verified.
