Conker keeps freezing

I'm running conker in version 0.8.3c and it keeps freezing in both single and multiplayer. In the previous version of 1964 it kept running but in the newer version it doesn't. How can I solve this??

which part does it freeze in the single player (multiplayer is a known issue) ?

and also wat specs, gfx plugins, settings are using? afaik, i havnt come across any freezes in single player.

Conkers runs rather crappy on 0.8.3c. It runs slower than version 0.7.3 and for some reason there's graphical corruption not pesent in 0.7.3. So, my suggestion is, go back to 0.7.3.

use 0.7.3. 0.8.3 had probs. We will probably release a new build soon..

but conker isn't slower in 0.8.3, it is just timed diffrently. In the game, press CTRL+3, and it will speed up. CTRL+#, where #=0-8 is for timing. Default is 2.
