Upon reaching the part where you pick up the twin gold guns off the wall and the part where you get off the submarine the scren goes NUTS!! It's a mess of colours and toggling with all the options does nothing.

My system is

AMD Athlon 3000+ Barton
512 MB SDRAM
nVIDIA GeForce FX 5600XT

hope this helps the Chankast authors!

Yes, I believe there are such motherboards.
And, btw, japedo: DDR is also SDRAM. DDR/SDR stands for Double/Single Data Rate and SDRAM stands for Synchronuos Dynamic Random Access Memory. So maybe it's 512 DDR SDRAM (which is actually the correct way of saying it)

Yup sorry, it is 512 DDR SDRAM. My mobo is Winfast K7NCR18 Pro II (or something).

I didn't get that far in the game (I could fail some exams if I'd play it 24/7 like I want to ;) ), but I've had a few graphics errors, like mismatched textures, and some sound problems. Well... as long as the game is playable, I am more than extremely happy, and I believe the next versions will have these all fixed. Just need to report them here, seems that the authors are working really really fast. once again, thank you Chanka team.

If you happen to have played up to that point in an actual Dreamcast, you probably know there is a framebuffer distortion effect in the corridor where the camera shows the character from outside the underwater facility, through the glass.

And seems all FB acesses will return only garbage textures in Chancast right now (see Silent Scope's zoomed aim circle).

Not all. The Shen Mue FB effects work in the fight sequence between Lann Di and Ryo's father. They look like motion blur just as the do on the real DC. These are definitely FB effects as they do not show up on real DC running in PAL as there is no 10hz buffer to access :)
