Your computer barely even supports Project64 because it only has an integrated SiS graphics chip.

For the audio problem: Go to Settings --> Configure Audio Plugin, and check "Sync game to audio".

If that doesn't work well enough for you, you can also do this:

1. Download this version of Hacktarux's RSP plugin:
http://www.emutalk.net/attachment.php?attachmentid=12897&d=1073755709

Rename it to "RSP.dll". In the plugin/ folder of Project64, make a backup of the original RSP.dll file and put this new one in there.

This RSP plugin is a kind of old version (only PJ64 1.7 supports his up-to-date one in Mupen64) but it works very nicely indeed with Project64.

2. Download Azimer's HLE Audio v0.56 WIP II, and place in the plugin/ folder of Project64.

3. Open Project64 and go to Options --> Settings, and set Azimer's HLE Audio as the audio plugin.

Damn, those specs are just terrible. I wouldn't be surprised if you can't run Super Mario 64 at full speed. At any rate, Azimer's audio plugin should resolve the problem.

SiS? Sorry but your not gonna be able to do shit with that. SiS is just about the very worst there is.

The problem may be resolved by the installation of compatible dedicated graphics acceleration hardware but it is unlikely.
