Ok I have got 1st_read and IP bin files, and their file sizes are 1,885 and 32 KB respectively.

They can't work, I think.
Can anyone send me the modified files, so that I don't have to modify them myself using binhack, which may have failed already.

Well you still haven't said which game this is about, I don't think 1ST-READ.BIN are the same with every game, I've only tried one game so far (only just started today with the Emu (Love my DC ) and the file is 4,715 Kilobytes, I don't have an IP.BIN file in that game.
