Checked other threads already, didn't solve "Failed to Allocate memory" problem

Help everyone!

1) My username was supposed to be hooligan, unfortunately sloppiness has to happen everynow and than.

2) Failed to allocate memory?! I checked all the threads, no help. I've no logitech mouse, only a gamepad which isn't even plugged in. I've gone for best appearance, I'm still in SP1, with all updates. The thing used to work, but now it's stopped! Please help!!

P4 2.4 GHZ
512 SDRAM
128 mb GeForce Fx5200

i am a chinese pj64 fan, this problem seems to be quite common
among my peers 'cause the mandatory online installation of a sucking search engine named 3721, which is already defined as adv virus by symantec, however, i could not make sure that you in US or other countries could encounter this problem since that searching tool is mainly used for language translating purpose. but we could solve the problem by deleting that tool, or sometimes if it could not be completely killed,
reinstalling os is the only method
