is there any where I can get a cheats update?

You'll have to do it your self, its not that hard you know.
Take an Action Replay(U) / Action Replay(E) code or a Gameshark code & enter it in the right game, folow the official Pj64 cheat guide you'll see how its working & with images of all that.
P.S. there is an SW SOTE Update in the PJ64 cheat section, where this question should have been asked
If you still have trouble to enter new codes, just post in the PJ64 cheat section & i'll help you then.
