Cheats For Dolphin

hi everyone
i'm new to this site but i got good knowledge about emulation.
but i have a question for you,
does dolphin support cheat codes like gameshark or is there a special program for it like the pec (playstation emulator cheater)?

Not so far, devs are more aiming for compatibility. You won't be able to cheat on Dolphin, neither dolwin or whinecube.

Well, even such new emulator as gcemu supports cheats (tried myself). Whinecube also suports cheats(also tried), but I fail to use them because of some bugs. It seems obvious that for cheats to work at least controller plugin should be written properly.
And if no bugs happen then cheats will work. So for me cheats are a part of compatibility.

By the way could Dolphin developers or betatesters give their definition of compatibility.
