chankast wrapper bug

nice work! excellent wrapper but i can't get my sidewinder to work.
when i run chankast it is configured. no luck with the wrapper. it does not pick up the gamepad bindings

As stated in the readme, when running games in test mode you have to manually set focus. The wrapper is intended to be used in conjunction with a arcade-style front end. When running from the command line you shouldn't run into these problems.
