BBA refers to the SEGA Dreamcast BroadBand Adapter. It replaces the modem that slots off the side with a 10/100 TX Capable Network Interface adaptor. That way you plug your DC into your network and play games over broadband. They were exceedingly rare with something like 2000 units only sold in Japan and Europe.
What piccolo wants I think is the ability for Chankast to emulate this adaptor and therefore let us play (BBA supported) games with other Chankast players over the internet.
