Problem: Chanka does'nt show graphics; i hear the sound of it loading but the graphics are not their, my computer is pritty desent and i have been able to run emu's such as psxe, n64, with no problem. but the dreamcast emu is giving me some problems.
some more details --
1) i mount a cd, cofigure controller, have all my bios's.
2)i hear sound and then Graphics is really non defined.
3) when i put it into wireframe mode, i see wires and no definition at all in the screen also.

First off, the emulator's name is Chankast, not Chanka.

Secondly, what are your computer specs exactly (video card especially)? Just you saying that it's "pretty decent" doesn't cut it.

computer specs -> Follow uP

I went and tried to create use an older version of "Chankast" and i realized that it might work better in 16bit reselution, so i changed it, but now the graphics are alittle more away from nothing but now i can't read any text and still allittel choppy.
My specs for my computer should be on my signature.

You'll need to use a better PC for Chankast. The requirements in the manual state that you need at least a 1.6GHz CPU (with SSE), and a Radeon or GeForce card. I'll add that you preferably want a DirectX 9.0 compliant graphics card for more or less correct graphics.

Your CPU does support SSE, but is definitely too slow. The missing graphics is due to your graphics card lacking features Chankast needs in order to render the graphics properly.

Yeah, I hate to rain on the guy's parade, but his specs are very far from "pretty decent". :/
