changing a c19file to rom

i've downloaded some roms and ever time they come in a format with a C19, or C32 file i was winrar to extract it but it dont change the format over to rom. any suggestions please

i've downloaded some roms and ever time they come in a format with a C19, or C32 file i was winrar to extract it but it dont change the format over to rom. any suggestions please

that is part of a multifile archive. as far as i know, you need every piece of the archive for it to extract properly.
