I guess I named it .exe just rename it to .nss because nss isnt a valid extension..

Nevermind... I got it to work! I guess I had a bad copy of Nemu64. I downloaded it from a rar because www.nemu.com was down and I didnt even know about ET's downloads. So I downloaded the one from ET, replaced it, downloaded that dude with the sun-glasses' ini, downloaded some graphic plugins... and it worked.
Thanks alot for your help guys, I really really appreciate it... Makes me feel warm and tingly inside.
