can't get glide64 to work

Hi all, new guy here.
I have glide64 0.7me and evoodoo 3.99 and put the glide64 in the plug-ins folder and evoodoo in the emulator directory and when i try to run a game it says "uCode crc not found in INI, using currently selected uCode: 21f91834" Can someone tell me what that means please?

what game are you trying to play? it means the game is unsupported or at least that the games ucode hasnt been figured out or it just hasnt been added to the ini(an ini is just some settings for the glide64 or whatever program it is used with.) . sometimes you can still get the game to play by changing the ucode in the glide 64 gui. but first tell me the game.

I can't get any of my games to play =(. they all have the [!] symbol in the title so they're all good dumps. One of the games i tried is paper mario but i know that works with it. Maybe it's this ini file. Where would that be?

well if you put it where it should be then it is in your plugin folder. did you put evoodoo in the windows system 32 directory or in the pj64 main folder. it has to go in one of those two places . not in plugin folder.

well i put glide3x.dll in the pj64 folder along with evoodoo.cpl and Glide64.dll in the plu-ins folder. I opened up Glide64.ini and it doesn't show any games in it. Could that be the problem then? I don't remember getting this file before. Thanks for the help.

Just get the latest Glide64 (again). There should be a Glide64.ini file with it.

oooh stupid me. I found the ini file. It was there all along, i just didn't know what to do with it. Anyways i put it in the plug-in folder and it works now. Thanks for the help guys.
