Ive seen that most people have had a lot of luck with it, yet I can't even get the game to boot, whether its shrunk or not doesnt make a difference. It just loads a black screen and it never shows the fps. help?

AMD 3200+
9700 pro
768mb ram
dual wd raptors in RAID 1
5x120gb
1x160gb
2x80gb
1x40gb

You build the rig yourself? Are the video drivers right? Directx 9b installed? Have you tried bot Dynarec and Interpreter? (I know it shouldn't matter, it runs both ways, but maybe that might give us some kind of clue)

Well im not one to judge, but seeing as how he said Gamecube "roms"... typical n00bish remark, no offense, it probably wouldnt too hard to assume what most of you would probably assume.. But he didnt say anything about how he acquired them or where or such so as long as that is kept under wraps on his part , then thats his bussiness.

Just to clear things up. Roms are generally Rom dumps, more or less likey dumped from a chip based cartridge or such. Modern console games that are CD,DVD, etc based, are Disc Images or ISO's would be the generic term most people would use. It seems all too common for people these days to associate "roms" with emulators reguardless of the format/media type.

I'm also having trouble running Crazy Taxi... meh I'm not crying myself to sleep about it! Probably a corrupt ISO or something is the problem.

rom aka read only memory is a file storage type of your pc, i think that a rom (a game for another system on your pc) stands for something else
