cannot add plugin

i put the RiceVideo61.1.0c plugin into the plugins folder then made sure the directory was correct and tried to change the plugin but its not showing the plugin i added even when i select the ROM plugin settings, i can only select the rice's deadlaus 5.2.0 plugin.

does the plugin need to be uninstalled, if i do then how?

yea i tried that and i added other plugins which did load up but the RiceVideo6 1.1.1 beta10 still does not appear.

You did put that bmp**.dll file in where 1964 is right?
