this happens with every graphics plugin and it will be no different for chankast. as the plugin(or in this case the graphics engine) evolves some games will be fixed while others get broken(tharts just how coding works sometimes.). but eventually (just like with say rices n64 plugin) the compatibility will climb higher and higher. those games worked before so chances are very ,very high that they will work in a later version again.
I remember when rices plugin was started (it was called daedalus at the time started by a guy who i wont even attempt to spell the name of) the compatibilty was poor but over time (and with the genius of rice) has become one of , if not the , best plugin for n64. and to this day there are still at least one game that worked in a long ago version that doesnt work with any current plugin(chefs luv shack).
also many new games have started to work or games that crashed before dont crash.
try to look at the bigger picture.
be glad that it is free and we get to take the ride with the developers as they get it all figured out.
