Project 64 is a very good Nintendo 64 emulator as long as you have the hardware needed to back it up. If you are experiating speed problems 1964 could be what you are looking for. TrWin, TR 64, Nemu and Daeadalus also have their pros and do not require very fast systems to get acceptable performance. If you have an old and probaly slow computer SupraHLE, a modified version of UltraHLE, or Corn could be for you.
It all comes down to what you are looking at when you look at your computer, if it looks like a million bucks use Project 64, Apollo, 1964, TR 64, Daedalus, Nemu and SupraHLE, they should all be able to give you good performance, if a game does not look right in one emu, try another. If it looks and plays like something you would find walking down the street late at night asking people for money and other things....throw it away...
