Yup, Merick is correct. You don't need a Credit Card as far as I know, you just need to connect your bank account to PayPal.

A little donation would be excellent

I don't know who picked up the problem as being bandwidth or server space related, but it's neither. The problem is that we need a new vBulletin license that costs $160.
