Are you a Tubby / Skinny Batard?

6'0 or 183cm, 177lbs 12.64 stone 80.45kg. 17 years old, will be 18 in about 3 weeks. I workout, bodyfat is around 9-10%.

5'10, 33 years young, used to be 215lbs at my top but started working out a couple years ago after I finally quit smoking (20 years)! YEAH ME! Now I am about 160lbs (slightly less most days, yes I weigh everyday). I would love to know my body fat ratio, How do you find out? I have more of a runners body now from doing my 3 miles a day (sometimes more and 1 or 2 days off). I do lift a lot also. Mainly small weight amounts, 10lbs to 75lbs mainly for toning. Just wish I could sort out what's left of my middle and obliques. Not much left, but a real annoyance with as hard as I have worked to get here.

I think this might be the first time I've posted this much about myself here. Feels kind of surreal. I get a little more comfy here all the time. Fun board to be on and read.

Ah yes, I was that light about 3 years ago.

Now: 5'10", 138 lbs, 21 yrs

Typically high asian metabolism. But then I play sports, so hey.

Best thing ever was playing Guess Your Weight or Age at the CNE. If they don't guess within 3 lbs you win. They guessed 160... Hahahahaha :happy:

You know.. at one point i was tubby, now i got a pretty decent structure. My secret? Marijuana! Serioulsy.. both me and my best friend were tubby, we were like 'hey, arent stupid hippies always skinny??' an thus began our journey... we were about 12 at the time. Anyways, a life of lazyness, all nighter video games, munchin out, getting hippy'd helped us get rid of excess fat somehow. I call it the Woodstock is 1337 diet plan.

Im not fat or thin, have a pretty nice body shape, exercise pretty much every day and got a pretty good chest/ big arms but still searching for a six pack. . hmm i dont drink and eat really healthily (grilled chicken , vegetables etc).
