well im just asking what the best xp driver for the voodoo3 is. cause i want to install xp on my system and my bro has it, and he wont let me cause he thinks that my gfx card wont work with it...

there should be some very good drivers for that card labeled for windows 2000, which is a better OS anyways, but I don't know if they are compatible with XP.

they should be, every driver/software for win 2k ive tried works fine for me on XP

i have voodoo3 and windows xp, the default drivers are crap, but i the unnoficial drivers are very good!
i use the 'Underground' one

it may be because the default colors for windows xp is 32bit, and voodoos dont support that, it will like voodoos if u put the right drivers on it

Voodoo 3s do support 32bit colour on the desktop, just not in 3D Accelerated games.

Using jabo's? Graphics (with the exclusion of DX6 1.5, this fixes Multitexturing issues as well as a few other things shit cards don't work well with), Zelda (and most roms) will look shitty on a voodoo3, no matter what OS or drivers.
