Any possible way to speed up Dolphin 1.03?

Yeah, my system goes way past the minimum requirements. I got a AMD Athlon 3000+, ATI Radeon 9600 SE, DirectX 9.0C. Yet, when I get Naruto 4 up an going, it never goes past..about 7 FPS. Any help appreciated, thanks guys.

You have the minimun requirements to get the games looking decent and not taking 400+ years to boot, but given the nature of Gamecube emulation, it's complexity etc no machine on earth publicly available can play a gamecube game at full speed,....apart from, yup you guessed it, a real gamecube.

Also Naruto blows chunks, go play something atleast that doesn't suck donkey balls, oh and read the FAQ / rules
