Cooliscol you are very cool andI know that you are a very active and cool member here, but why do you get upset? Post as many threads as you want too! even moderators are cool with that!
I'm not upset. I was just jokin' with ya. Answer to your question is: McAfee Antivirus, by far the best AV software out there. Constant virus definition updates, lots of features, not bloatware.

Well, thats where we disagree. Norton AV is the best. Constant Virus definition updates, lots of features, not bloatware. Actucally I say norton because it integrates with Norton Internet Security. If you need a fire wall Norton is the one you want cause McAfee's firewall sucks big time. In actuallity the two AV softwares are equal, but its better to buy NIS and get NAV with it than buy McAfee Shit Firewall and get McAfee AV with it.
McAfee is good if you ever want to destabalise your machine when it updates the engine version to something that McAfee obviously couldn't be arsed Beta testing.
Norton is much better, though I tend to use AVG the most. Even then I never leave it running - I just scan all downloads via the right click menu.
never tried macafee before, but norton is very very nice, i feel so secure online and its updated frequently, its a very handy tool, i'm using NAV2003 at the moment (always keep it up to date) and its pretty damn useful
its small, takes up about a 10th of the resources of the other 2, is very frequently updated and has saved my butt on numerous occasions. if you havent grasped by now its also FREEE!
I found out NO VIRUSSCANNER AT ALL is the best. Just do an online scan at http://housecall.antivirus.com sometimes and remove the viruses. That's all you need
use pc cillin, trust me, it is the most reliable antivirous now, get pccillin 2002, it doen't use all that system resources like Norton or Macafee and it works perfect.
NAV 2003 on my computer, McAfee seems to slow my system down a ton. I liked both of them a lot though, they both have very extensive lists of features, but many of them aren't needed unless you use a lot of junk MS programs... Office (use OpenOffice.org) Outlook, Outlook express (hotmail, yahoo mail, University mail )
