Answer to the Direct3D HAL error!

Hi, noob here with what is hopefully a fix for all the guys getting the "Can't initialize Direct3D HAL device" or something of that sort. It has happened to me a couple of times and this works for me everytime.
All I do is log of Windows completely, then log right back on. Works everytime.
